WAIVER INFORMATION

By filling out this application, parents/guardians agree to indemnify and hold blameless Gospel Light Bible Camp for any and all loss, accidents, injuries, or death that occur while their child is in attendance at GLBC. While every effort is taken to ensure the health and safety of all campers, parents/guardians recognize that accidents may occur, and will not pursue any legal action against GLBC, its staff, volunteers, board members or supporting churches. *

I/we agree and understand

1. The camp director(s) reserves the right to dismiss a camper who in his/her opinion is a hazard to the safety and rights of self and others, or who appears to have rejected the reasonable controls of camp. A parent or designate adult must be available during the week to pick up a dismissed child. 2. The parents/guardians submitting this application are those having legal custody over the child. Conditions of custody, if applicable, will be fully communicated in writing to the camp. 3. While all reasonable precautions are taken for the safety and good health of our campers, all liability in the event of any illness, accident or misfortune that may occur to the applicant camper or his/her property. Each camper must be covered by provincial health or equivalent medical insurance. 4. The completion of the application gives the camp director(s) the right to arrange for any special services or other requirements necessary for the best interest of the camper and gives the camp director(s) the right to approve and obtain medical attention necessary for the camp and will attempt to notify the parents/guardians as soon as possible. The parents/guardians are responsible for any additional expense that may result from such services. 5. I have read, understood, and hereby agree with the waivers and conditions of enrollment at Gospel Light Bible Camp. Before you send, to avoid delay, please double check that the entire registration is complete. Thank you.

Due to limited internet connectivity at camp, if paying by e-transfer please send payment by July 18th so we can process the payment ahead of time. Payments by cash or cheque can be made upon arrival at camp if necessary.

Hoodie Fee - $40
A family rate of $160.00 (Junior) and $180 (Teen) applies for a third child in the family going to either Junior and/or Teen camp.
